SAFE+ – Writing a Memoir class

Join our SAFE+ program for another fun activity: Writing a Memoir! The class will take place on Wednesday, May 7th from 1-3pm.

This is a FREE activity, but donations are always appreciated. You just need to bring a notebook/paper and a pen! There are limited spots, so please RSVP by calling 517-437-2422.

This is a great chance for you to write down your memories and significant moments in your life to have for yourself or to share with others!

Thank you to Kathleen Jones for teaching the class! She is a former Pediatric RN that wrote professionally as well as a writer of personal stories. She has essays published in local papers, books, as well as national magazines. For more than 10 years, she led a writing group in Columbus, OH and held a writing group in Hillsdale until COVID happened. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and talents with the community again!
