When most people think of Perennial Park, they think about the great services offered to the older persons in Hillsdale County. But did you know that Perennial Park also offers banquet facilities? At reasonable rates, Perennial Park can accommodate many types of events including: Receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal and/or baby showers, proms, reunions, and other special occasions. Our facility is handicapped accessible, offers a smoke-free environment, has a full-service kitchen, provides ample parking, and offers seating for up to 150 guests. Our spacious lobby and dining area offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs. Catering services are also available. CLASS 1 RENTALS

CLASS 2 RENTALS
Local 501(c)3 non-profit associations or service groups may use the facilities at no charge during normal operating hours. However, a payment of $50 will be assessed if extensive set-up is required. Non-profit agencies using the facility after business hours recieve a 25% discount on the rates listed below. These fees are final unless other arrangements have been approved. (Copy of IRS determination letter is required)
CLASS 3 RENTALS
All others not included in Class 1 or 2. (Examples: Showers, meetings, dinners, receptions, etc.)
NOTE:
Rental time runs for a maximum of 12 consecutive hours. If set up time is desired and availability permits, the fee is $100 for up to 4 hours during regular Center operating hours. For all other times, regular rental rates apply. Regardless of start time, functions need to be completed by midnight and the facility cleaned up by 1:00 a.m. Security deposits will be forfeited if funcitons run over rented time. Events held on recognized holidays, or holidays weekends by HCSSC will have an additional surcharge of ($200 for >4 hour event, $125 for< 4 hour event.) Most wedding parties cannot be completed in less than 4 hours.
