The Legacy Club is our on-site Adult Day Respite Care program designed to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals 18 years of age and older who cannot be left alone safely and need supervision. The caring and professional staff provides a stimulating and structured environment. Lunch and snacks are provided and transportation is available.
Perennial Park also offers on-site 24-hr. Adult Respite Care from 1 to 13 consecutive nights.
Our staff can meet the needs of individuals who have mental or physical challenges and are CPR and First Aid certified. We work with adults living with a variety of disabilities including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and physical challenges.
Enrollment Information
Each client is assessed and has individualized care plans to improve or maintain the persons social, physical and mental well being.
Operating Hours
The Legacy Club is open Monday through Saturay from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Transportation is available for a fee.
24-hr. Respite Care services are available 7 days a week.
