Safe as Prevention

We have transitioned our SAFE+ program to SAFE as Prevention!

Stop by the Center to meet with our program coordinator, Cynthia Li-Garmany! She will be here every Wednesday from 10am-3pm to help you fight back against financial abuse and exploitation. This program was developed by Dr. Peter Lichtenberg from the Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University to help older adults facing these issues and by using evidence-based education, we hope to help older adults become proactive in protecting themselves from abuse as well as how to deal with issues if they occur.
