Fall Prevention with WellWise Services

Instead of the regularly scheduled Connection Cafe, WellWise Services will be at the Center to talk about fall prevention because September is Fall Prevention Month!

RSVP by calling WellWise Area Agency on Aging at 517-592-1974. Walk-ins are also welcome to join in on the conversation!

We do suggest coming for Congregate Lunch if you are able to by 12:30pm. The suggested donation for lunch is $5 for those 60 and over and $6 for those under 60.

Perennial Park is partnering with WellWise Area Agency on Aging to offer our Connection Cafe series! Once a month there will be a different topic and it will give people a chance to socialize and meet new people. Connection Cafe will be offered every 3rd Wednesday from 1-2pm.
