Perennial Park will be hosting a Senior Breakfast on Wednesday, May 13th at 8:30 a.m. Donations are highly appreciated, but not required. Senior Breakfasts will take place every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 8:30am for January-May and September-November.
Join us on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. for SilverSneakers STABILITY! Class runs approximately 40 minutes. This is a higher intensity workout class for active adults. Improve your balance and flexibility to help overcome everyday obstacles.
