DESCRIPTION:Come over to the Center to enjoy tons of fun with cardio drumming! Lessons start at 9:30am on Thursdays and Saturdays and last around 40 minutes. \nUsing drumsticks\, a bucket\, and an inflatable exercise ball\, this popular high-energy workout is simply a whole lot of fun! Dayton Lyons\, your instructor\, will guide you through the routines as you drum based on your ability. DESCRIPTION:Smiles on Wheels will be administering FREE oral health assessments at the Center on Thursday\, June 25th! To sign-up\, please call the Center at 517-437-2422 or Smiles on Wheels at 517-740-7422.\n\n\n\nEach participant will have an oral health assessment\, including an Oral Cancer Screening for FREE! You will also receive free oral health aids: toothbrush\, toothpaste\, denture supplies\, dry mouth products\, etc.\n\n\n\nHere is the schedule of events:\n-Smiles on Wheels presentation: 10:30 am to 10:50 am\n-Oral assessments: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm\n-Congregate Lunch: 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm\n-Bingo: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (may extend to 3pm). Bingo prizes include oral hygiene products such as electric toothbrushes.\n\n\n\nThe Senior Smile Survey is supported by the Delta Dental Foundation.
