Come over to the Center to enjoy tons of fun with cardio drumming! Lessons start at 9:30am on Thursdays and Saturdays and last around 40 minutes.
Using drumsticks, a bucket, and an inflatable exercise ball, this popular high-energy workout is simply a whole lot of fun! Dayton Lyons, your instructor, will guide you through the routines as you drum based on your ability. No previous drumming experience is required!
